The 400 Hudles Indoor :

• A 400 m indoor with 8 hurdles
• 30 m between two hurdles
• Minimal distance after the virage to attack hurdle : 6 m
• Commissioners races are positioned at each row of hedges

Specific order :

If an athlete bump a hurdle, the next athlete must take the one beside. If this next athlete has not the time, he feign a passage.

It is advised to move slightly behind the athlete head during the second tour of 400m hurdles indoor.
